What is Life Coaching?
My brand of coaching is an inside/out approach designed to help clients wake up and shift out of auto-pilot, by strengthening their relationship with themselves and consequently everything/everyone else. Once we start working together, you will acquire tools to be more organized and focused, and to more effectively manage stress, anxiety, and self-limiting beliefs. We'll comb through your life (both personal and professional) to find areas that we can clean up and optimize with more productive habits, time-management, and leadership skills. I also try to lighten things up sometimes. It's serious work, but you gotta laugh at yourself too.
the action plan
Clients tend to start having insights ("a-ha moments") immediately, but it can take time to build and incorporate new habits. I recommend to new clients that we work together for a minimum of 3 - 6 months (3 - 55-minute phone/Skype sessions per month), because that's how long it can take to see real progress. But if you really want to feel like you're navigating life on new terms then I'd encourage you to consider a year-long commitment.
