What is Life Coaching?
Selfscription® Mindset: A program and workbook designed to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself and consequently everything else. Cultivating more awareness and mindfulness is the foundation to achieving all of your goals, but it is also just the first step. By enhancing self-awareness, you will be able to better assess your thoughts, behavior, and the world around you, enabling you to determine exactly what you need to do to free your mind and take your life to the next level. You will develop a deeper sense of clarity and calm, become more focused and intentional, and more effectively manage stress, anxiety, and self-limiting beliefs. It is through this internal process that you will be able to effect change in the external areas of your life. I also try to lighten things up sometimes. It's serious work, but you gotta laugh at yourself too.
the action plan
Clients tend to start having insights ("a-ha moments") immediately, but it can take time to build and incorporate them into new productive habits. I recommend to new clients that we work together for a minimum of 6 - 12 months because that's how long it can take to see real progress. We typically start with a weekly 55-minute Zoom video session to gain momentum, and gradually decrease to bi-weekly then monthly. Of course we can schedule sessions more or less often depending on your schedule and preferences.
