What is Life Coaching?
Selfscription Coaching Series: #OwnYourShift - A program and workbook designed to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself and consequently everything else. Cultivating more awareness and mindfulness is the most direct key to achieving all of your goals, both personal and professional. By enhancing self-awareness, you will be able to better assess your thoughts, behavior, and the world around you... and take your entire game up a notch. Once we start working together, you will develop a deeper sense of clarity and intention, become more focused and organized, and more effectively manage stress, anxiety, and self-limiting beliefs. We'll comb through your life (both personal and professional) to find areas that we can optimize with more productive habits, time-management, and mindfulness skills. I also try to lighten things up sometimes. It's serious work, but you gotta laugh at yourself too.
the action plan
Clients tend to start having insights ("a-ha moments") immediately, but it can take time to build and incorporate new habits. I recommend to new clients that we work together for a minimum of 3 - 12 months because that's how long it can take to see real progress. We typically start with 3 - 55-minute phone/Skype sessions per month to gain momentum, and gradually decrease to 2 sessions per month then 1 session per month. Of course we can schedule sessions more or less often depending on your schedule and preferences.
